City of Aurora

Turning Fear Into Informed Action

At the height of the pandemic, communities were not only fighting a public health crisis, but also a wave of misinformation that spread faster than the virus itself. As fear and uncertainty around the COVID-19 vaccines intensified, the City of Aurora’s Office of International and Immigrant Affairs stepped in with a clear mission: to help residents access trustworthy information, understand the facts, and make informed decisions about vaccination.

ABC – Asylum on a Budget with Counsel

The Former Judge Kerri Calcador Project.

Judge Kerri Calcador brought the expertise; we provided the growth engine.

This project proves that even with a limited budget and a simple digital presence, success is absolutely possible when the right public relations and networking strategy is in place. When a client brings a unique value proposition that solves a real problem, the entire effort becomes more effective, more credible, and far easier to accelerate.

Strong Colorado

A Non-Partisan Call to Action

Our mission was to motivate minority communities to vote, regardless of party, candidate, or background. Led by our Creative Director, Gabriel, we developed the “Roll Up Your Sleeve” concept—a call to get to work for the community.

The results were massive: then-Governor John Hickenlooper and several key influencers joined the movement, sharing photos to encourage their followers. This drove high engagement, earned significant free press, and, most importantly, raised vital civic awareness.

Monica Fine Art.

Personal Brand

Monica Marquez is a talented Spanish artist whose specialty is painting beautiful fine art, vibrant images of wine. At Folks Marketing, we were excited to work with Monica to create a memorable and unique brand that would capture her love of wine and art.

We decided to feature grapes in the design, as they are often a key element in Monica’s paintings and a symbol of wine culture.
